Q: How do I submit a document for editing?
There are two ways to do this:
The easiest way is to
send your document directly to me via email and let me choose the appropriate
editor specifically suited to your needs and the needs of your project. This is the only way we can guarantee our work. If you send your document to a freelance editor, EditFast cannot guarantee the work or the deadline.
You can also submit your document online and choose
your own editor from our roster of 369 professional editors. EditFast does not guarantee the work of our freelance editors or the adherence to your deadline. We can only do this if you send the document directly to us.
Enter keywords that relate to the type of editing you need. For example,
if you are searching for an editor with experience in editing medical documents,
use the keywords "medical," "medicine," "pharmaceutical"
etc., depending on the specific needs of your document.
To view an editor's Web page click a link on the search results page
Contact an editor by clicking Contact this editor
on the chosen editor's Web page.
In the message box that pops up, fill in your email address and name.
Write your message including details of the project and the type
of edit you require.
Click "Send."
Your chosen editor will respond soon.
EditFast does not guarantee the work of our freelance editors or the adherence to your deadline. We can only do this if you send the document directly to us.
Q: What happens to my document after I send it to EditFast?
There are two proceses depending on whether you submit your document by email or via our
online submision form.
Submission by email
You attach your document to an email and
send it to EditFast
When I receive your document I give it an immediate assessment and return
my estimate to you.
You reply with the Go ahead! or we discuss the estimate further
and finalize your requirements.
I choose an editor specifically suited to your project's needs and the
editing process begins
We return your document within your specified time period with all corrections
completed and recommendations noted.
You make payment by creditcard, bank transfer, money order, or cheque
(Depending on the scope of the project a small deposit may be required before
the editing process begins)
Submitting online
When you click Submit Your Document on the online
submission form, you will see a confirmation that your submission was
sucessful
Check your email for a link to confirm your registration and begin the
editing process
On the online submission form, if you selected
"I would like EditFast to look after everything," your work is done.

If you selected "I would like to search for my own editor," use
the login information you have received in the confirmation email to enter
the Clients'
