I offer a fresh approach to editing and proofreading. I haven't been an editor for very long, but I have extensive experience in English and fully understand the quirks of our language and can twist words and phrases to create strong, well-developed documents. Whether it is a legal document, such as a contract, or something as small as a term paper, I can edit and proofread - FAST. I have helped write and publish small books, and have published a couple of my own. I am known for being a nitpicker - I love to tear apart anything I read (figuratively speaking) to make sure no error goes uncorrected. I always go over every detail at least twice to make sure I have made no mistakes. Spelling and grammar are two of the most common errors I encounter in my editing projects - I am so familiar with them I can even explain what the problems were and how you can avoid them in the future!
I've also been a research specialist since 2003. I can find my way around the internet quickly and efficiently to successfully confirm that all facts and figures in a document are correct (if requested.)
