With over 24 years of Reading & English Composition teaching experience, I am able to help you achieve the perfectly worded manuscript, article or essay. I have previously taught Junior High and High School English/Reading classes, as well as College level English Composition classes. I am able to offer a variety of services from analyzing the content of specific assignments to proofreading for the dreaded commas.
My educational background is extensive. I majored in English Education at Michigan State University, with a Business minor. I subsequently completed a Master's degree at the Univ. of Michigan in Reading Education. I furthered my education at the University of Utah, with 22 additional education credits in literature for children and young adults. In addition, I have studied at the University of London, specializing in Shakespearean and British Literature studies.
I am currently teaching at a local college, and writing a children's book. I have proofread literally thousands of papers, from paragraphs to a lengthy thesis, and am adept at helping writers to improve the structure of their sentences and descriptive wording. I also help local high school students write their college application essays, with an excellent record of successful admissions.
