I am a recent summa cum laude college graduate who loves reading, writing, proofreading, and editing. I have an excellent eye for detail. In school I was the kind of person whose roommates and floormates sought out for help and advice with papers.
While in college I worked part-time for one year as a teacher’s assistant to a New Testament professor. One of my primary duties was proofreading/editing the professor’s forthcoming books and other publishing projects. As a result, my area of interest is in material that has an academic nature, especially philosophy/theology. And since I took my BA in biblical languages, I can work with articles and books that interact with Greek, Hebrew, and Latin.
However, I am willing to proofread material in almost any field. I have a very broad range of interests and enjoy reading philosophy, classic novels, ancient languages, biography, history, poetry, and humor. A considerable portion of my free time is spent either reading books or composing my own poetry and short stories.
I have limited experience in the world of editing and proofreading, so I am willing to work for low rates. My goal is to put my talents to use and develop my skills. If you have a document that you need edited or proofread, I guarantee fast and accurate work. Contact me and I will do my best to provide you with a good eye for detail and a good deal.
