I have sixteen years of teaching writing to college bound students. Tutoring students in writing essays, fictional short stories, and poetry is my area of expertise.

I have been involved in the Young Writers Conference for several years where I served as a student facilitator and group leader. For many years, I was the head of the English Department of my school district. One of my duties as department chair was to determine writing curriculum for junior and senior students.
