My master's degree in public administration was a writing-intensive degree and included a year of training in James Madison University's technical writing program. I have professionally edited and composed documents for hospitals, city governments, universities, and a variety of other institutions. I have years of practical experience in editing papers for academic publication in journals in the areas of political science, medicine, and pharmacy. Academic journal articles and textbook chapters have been published with my aid. I'm familiar with MLA, Chicago, APA, and a variety of other writing style guides and am happy to work from whichever the client prefers. As a voracious reader of everything from history and science to all types of fiction, I welcome any opportunity to aid authors in producing new works.
