Profile	I began my editing career by writing and editing the newsletter for a large paper company while I was still in college. I also wrote a manual on how to do my job for future college students who would be employed with the company. I was a news writer for my college newspaper as well as the associate editor, meaning I edited the opinions page. I graduated with a BA in English in 2003. After college, I worked for a radio station where I wrote and produced advertising as well as editing and producing the news. I worked for several years as the proofreader for my local school system. I have also worked as an English tutor and edited papers for many college students in beginning composition classes. I tutor students who have trouble passing the essay portion of the regents' exam. I worked as a proofreader for a large mail order pharmaceutical company, editing the online reference system from which their telephone customer service representatives received information to give patients over the phone. I also wrote and edited a number of training manuals for that company. I have published over 70 articles online on a variety of subjects. Currently I am editing and typing a book on the history of my area by a local author by transcribing old newspaper articles she wrote. I also ghostwrite resumes and cover letters.
