I graduated magna cum laude from Emerson College, one of the nation’s top communication schools. While there I was a member of an honors writing program taught by a Harvard professor. I have over twelve years of writing experience with an emphasis on comedy writing. My work has been seen throughout Boston and Los Angeles. I am the award winning co-writer of the screenplay "The Karate Kat." Some highlights from my years of editing experience include the novel, "The Idiot Dance" by Eric Frost-Barnes, which became a bestseller at Brentano's bookstore, and the screenplay, "Happy Jack," which won fourth place in the Shriekfest screenwriting competition. I recently worked as an editorial assistant for a local magazine where I received high praise from all co-workers. I have taught grammar, vocabulary and essay writing to high school students who were preparing to take their SATs and helped raise their scores by as many as 200 points. I have an extensive vocabulary and am well versed in the entertainment industry, news, and politics.
