I am a young proofreader looking to make a name for himself in the editing field. My friends, co-workers and family use me as their go-to guy for editing-I can be yours, too!

I am a stickler for detail when it comes to grammar, spelling and all things English and I would like to put this all-consuming passion to work for you. Proofreading and editing have always been hobbies of mine and now I am eager to use my skills in a professional forum. What I lack in experience, I more than make up for in enthusiasm. I would enjoy editing novels, but am not limited to this. I will find the errors placed in front of me, no matter what the material.
I have written a novel, and while that was fun and exciting, I found myself much more obsessed with using proper English and grammar than I was with plot and character. I have often pointed out errors to local shopkeepers that were made on hand-written signs. I am sure they consider me a nuisance, but I refuse to let our beloved language become a lost art. Before sending out the newsletter or memos to employees, my boss is sure to run everything he has written by me first. He knows that I am the best at finding mistakes and I know I have saved him countless embarrassments with my attention to detail and overall knowledge of proper spelling and usages. Everyone I know calls me a genius when it comes to editing, so I figured I might was well give this a shot. Isn't that the dream? To be paid for doing something you love? If you use me, you will be helping a young man fulfill his dream and wouldn't you want that kind of gratitude from someone in your employ?
