I have done extensive work in developing and implementing business systems in new companies, and improving those of existing ones. I have supervised and managed operations employing many people, and set up a plant for manufacturing guar gum on a green field site. In my work I have handled all aspects of business including manufacturing, marketing, projects, finance, human resources and engineering. Writing of reports and manuals has been a major part of my consulting work.
Also visiting faculty in reputed management institutes. In addition to preparing extensive notes for my teaching assignments, I have written many books for distance education on subjects like sales management, stores management, project management and MIS.
