My experience in proofreading, editing, and putting my own touch on papers started at a very young age. When I was in first grade I got the award of "Top Reader" among my whole entire class.
I went to a college preparatory school from Kindergarten all the way to Senior year, and I definitely excelled in English the most. In class I was always asked to read the books we had to read aloud. My peers also often came to me for help with their essays.
Nursing has taught me to meticulously read documents over and over. It would be terrible if I sent the wrong information on a patient to the wrong doctor, etc.
In my nursing career I also do a program called LINKs. It stands for Louisiana Immunization Network. I have to put into the computer everyday every shot a child has had, the shot number, where they got it on their body, and when they are next due for another. This is also very meticulous work that you can't get wrong.
I love reading, and that has increased my vocabulary tremendously. If you are having trouble with your paper (writer's block) I am sure I can help you out.

Editing Experience in Years: During my nursing career I have had to edit charts, use medical coding to make sure all the right information is being sent to the right offices in the right word form. I have also been the number one coder in LINKS. LINKS is an immunization website, where I had to edit every shot given very carefully.
These shot records would not be possible without me, and if they were done wrong a child's whole entire shot database would be messed up. This has taught me to be very alert in everything I do.
Not to mention, I just LOVE to read!
Computer experience
I have a full touch-screen HP laptop that has the newest Word on it. The word also has Excel, etc. Spell checks, special fonts, and the newest graphics. I also use Paint Shop Pro if you would like a graphic for your essay, resume, etc.
If you would like me to use something special that I don't have on my system, I would be more than happy to buy it to help you with the editing and proofing.
