I have worked in the women's health field for sixteen years, and have been editing longer than that. I have written many grant proposals, edited newsletters, doctoral and master's theses, book manuscripts, and many, many papers. I also sit on a committee, and have for the past 4 years, which reviews submissions for scholarly presentations at the annual meeting of a national organization for the profession of midwifery. I have a BA in Arts & Humanities, an MA in Communication Arts & Theater, a BS in Nursing, and an MS in Nursing (as well as a Certificate of Nurse-Midwifery).
