Make your project polished and eloquent! My Ivy League education and lifelong love of the written word will work for you. I am especially interested in helping Theater artists—playwrights, actors, designers, critics, directors and dramaturgs —and for those working on college or scholarship applications. My sharp eye for detail and honed writing skills won’t lead you wrong.
As an editor, I offer a deep understanding of what makes writing strong. From the basic to the complex, I know writing inside and out. I have introduced the fundamentals of essay writing to young students as a teacher and tutor. As a magna cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College, I have finely honed my own writing and editing skills in the critical academic setting of the Ivy League. Now, as an aspiring author, my daily work on my own writing keeps my eye for style, content, grammar, and conventions keen. I am comfortable working on any type of project.
Regarding my areas of specialization, I can provide an experienced eye in two particular areas: Theater or Drama and college or scholarship applications. Firstly, with a major in Theater, concentrated on Directing, I have studied and written about Theater history, from the ancient to the avante garde. I have worked in every aspect of the Theater, as playwright, director, stage manager, designer, actor, and critic. Secondly, I have coached students through the writing required for college and scholarship applications, with dramatic results.
I consider myself a connoisseur of the written word; I am an avid reader, an aspiring author, and a sharp editor. Whatever your project my be, I can help you make it as polished and eloquent as it can be.
