I am a graduate of Skidmore College with a BA in Government and Economics and a graduate of the University of Bridgeport School of Law (know known as Quinnipiac College School of Law).
I have been a practicing attorney for 21 years with extensive experience in drafting, editing and finalizing a wide variety of documents, including employment, shareholder, operating, asset/stock sale or purchase, commercial and residential real estate, commercial and residential leases, and dispute resolution agreements; memoranda; prospectuses; franchise offering circulars; employment manuals; user manuals; and business plans.
I enjoy reading writing and research.
I have had a lot of fun when given the opportunity to review and edit movie scripts, novels, and magazine and newspaper articles.
I also have experience as the editor of a multimillion dollar volunteer organization's monthly newsletter; writing grant applications; and benevolent project proposals.
I am an avid reader of all types of literature: serious as well as fun novels, historical fiction, biographies, and nonfiction. I enjoy catching typos that slip though to publication.
