I have several degrees: one is a B.A. in Journalism with a minor in Business from Baylor University; the second is a Masters in Social Work from the University of Houston.
I worked for one year part-time as a copywriter for an advertising agency that was responsible for advertisements for a book publisher.
While getting my Masters in Social Work, I wrote a large number of papers at least 10 pages in length on average. Additionally, I conducted a research project and wrote a Masters thesis, for which I received an A.
Since then (about 20 years) I have worked as a word processor and weekend word processing coordinator for large law firms. This work involves frequent typing on a computer, suggesting edits to attorneys of written work, proofreading, and making corrections.
In addition to my experience and education, I have repeatedly been told by others that I am naturally good at writing, editing, spelling, ,and using words and language well.
