I graduated with honors from a college with a stringent writing program. My bachelor of arts in English degree from Meredith College enabled me to become a highly qualified high school English teacher. As part of my rigorous writing education, I enrolled in proofreading, editing, and grammar courses. I also worked part time in my college's writing center editing and proofreading papers for my fellow students.
