Editing knowledge is comprehensive and varied. In addition to writing, editing, and publishing journalism and short fiction, have more than five years' proficiency in proofreading and editing insurance textbooks, including drafting exam questions and administrating online class content.
From 2002 through 2004, was involved in an extensive research project with an environmental engineering firm, and provided all the proofreading, editing, Excel chart construction, and bibliographical preparation for the Southern New Castle County Wetlands and Riparian Zones Analysis Project, an environmental technical manual contracted by the state of Delaware. For this project, additional duties included running the ArcView GIS geoprocesses needed for the analysis, and using AutoCAD Release 14 to create an accurate portrayal of the streams, rivers, and watersheds for the county.
Have written and copy edited sports journalism articles for O2 magazine, and drafted and edited artists and repertoire profiles for package content included in music CDs. Legal documents experience, while limited to the entertainment industry, has included everything from drafting business letters to taking dictation to maintaining correspondence and registration with legal organizations such as AFTRA.
