I was an editor for Executive Intelligence Review from 1976 to 1996 and became an on-going expert in areas ranging from econometrics to third/fourth world debt to nuclear power to the potentialities of atomic-biological-chemical holocaust to history to culture. I had to read complicated material and turn into Harry Truman English. I shall elaborate: Econometrics meant discovering the internal yardstick of that defined society and measuring its success or failure in its own geometry and in the surrounding society/societies it lived. Sometimes this was a live rather than perfect process. This presumed a transfinite mathematics. The debt issue necessitated a weltanschauung of creditor cartel versus debtor cartel relationships and a spectral analysis ranging from cooperation to open conflict which potentiated irregular warfare as well as the more overt forms including narco-terror, lowering living standards, and consequential epidemic and pandemic on the regional and global level. More programmatically, the tying in of nuclear power both as an aggressive war winning strategy and a new ``atoms for peace'' winning the peace strategy would be providing the hot tool in itself and for itself catalyzing the various national economies to create higher energy throughput models for export in an increasing of capital goods to consumer goods ratio and solve the spiraling debt both in the USA and to those allies so accepting.
