I have a unique combination of strong technical and communication skills. Over the past 15 years I have worked in the computer industry as a consultant and trainer. During that time I have written three self-study training kits for Microsoft Press and edited training materials for my company and Microsoft.
I have excellent up-to-date technical skills covering the following products - Visual Studio .NET, SQL Server, C#, Visual Basic .NET (and VB 6.0), .NET Framework, ASP.NET, ASP, and Windows server and desktop versions. I regularly work with and research new technologies in the following areas - databases, programming languages, web development, distributed applications, components and classes, object oriented programming, XML, and web services.
I have been Microsoft certified for the past 9 years - I currently hold MCT, MCSD, and MCSE certifications.
As an editor I pay attention to grammatical and technical details. I test all material for technical correctness and research topics as needed, but I'll also make sure the material is a pleasure to read. I'll take personal pride in making your book the best it can be!
