I have worked as an intern in Pearson Education, India, and have had a lot of practice in editing and proofreading material, as that was part of my assigned work. I will be able to handle editing articles, novels and stories, and will also be able to translate material from Bengali to English and Italian to English. I read a lot and am conversant with various areas of interest. I will be able to work with, proof-read and edit text related to a wide range of subjects. I have studied social sciences and life science subjects in school, and I have high school knowledge of physics, chemistry, biology, history, geography and mathematics. Since my major was English for my BA degree and I am studying English in greater detail for my MA, I will do an efficient job of editing material on or related to English. Thus, it is evident that I will be able to edit material from various areas.
