I am an excellent proofreader, editor, or writer who specializes in writing web content, newsletters, educational writing, term papers, essays, and research papers. I also specialize in real estate, technical, and medical writing. In addition, I am also a competent researcher on the Internet or through conventional means.
I am an English teacher of almost twenty years. I teach reading, English grammar, punctuation, and writing towards the state mandated standardized test. I constantly proofread papers for correctness and word choice.
Primarily during the summer, I have worked as a freelance writer online. I have done this for almost ten years. I have also held a number of additional online and freelance jobs.
I have scored the standardized writing tests NJ Asks, CTP 4, and the CASHEE online for Educational Testing Systems, the largest distributer of testing material in the country. They distribute the SAT, GRE, and AP test among others. I have also scored tests locally where I live.
I have edited and proofread resumes for Monster.com in addition to writing resumes as a freelance in my local area as well as online. I have also written ad copy/web content for BuyOwner for some of their various properties, humorous greeting card copy for Oatmeal Studios and Andrews McMeel Publishing among others, and have written "How To" articles for Demand Studios to be published on the various websites they are affilated with.
I have started a book and have a website in which part of an earlier version of my book is available for viewing. That website is in virtual limbo. The service I originally made the site through changed hands and the new people lost my informaton; they gave me the choice of either keeping it as is or deleting it and I chose to keep it. It is close to ten years old, very rudimentary, and I did all the HTML myself, but it is still something I am proud of.
