My B.A. in English from UNH was supplemented by courses in technical writing and a minor in Computer Information Technology. I have prior tech writing experience and am a very fast learner in regard to new terminology and methodologies. Currently I work in the IT market research field as a report editor, but I am always seeking freelance challenges. I am familiar with the MS Office Suite and the Adobe CS3 Creative Suite. I am quite confident in my "people skills" as I have customer service experience and am equally comfortable working independently and as a collaborative team member.
