English Proofreaders

English proofreaders are people responsible for correcting your documents for English spelling, English language usage, English grammar or other errors found when using English language. After a person has written a document in English, the document is sent to the English proofreader who goes through the document again and then sends it back to the author with proof reading corrections which could be bolded for easy identification. Another document may be sent to the author with the complete changes. The bold in this second document may be removed.

English proofreaders can therefore be defined as people who specialize in English language proofreading, writing, and editing services for businesses and individual clients. The English proofreader will look for prolong sentences, repetition, and excessive use of the passive voice. They will suggest changes and offer comments or explanations that will serve to improve your presentation or writing.

Many readers will notice these errors and will assume that you can't write English language well or you are just careless and this will make your imager suffer. Anyone who writes an article in English can benefit from the work of a proofreader. Proofreaders usually work full time, part time while some are freelance English proofreaders and they usually charge a fee for their services.

Some proofreaders offer two levels of proofreading services; the first is simple proof reading. This level is cheap and ensures all grammar and spelling mistakes are corrected. The second stage is called, copyediting and English proofreading service. In this stage the English proofreader rewrites the authors work to improve accuracy and clarity. Because written materials require security, the proofreaders are required to offer confidentiality to their clients so that the client articles are not stolen by someone else. An English proofreader should also have a sound education background for example they should have honors degrees in English.
