The "Hey You!" Comma
The "hey, you!" comma is more formally called the
direct address comma. It is used in pairs to enclose interjections
used to get the reader's attention-usually the person's name.
Examples:
Thank you, Raul, for your time and effort on this
project.
Stacy, can I take half a day off today?
I can understand your wanting the job, Kevin.
