FOR EDITORS: How to find your password

If you have forgotten your password use the "Get New Password" button.

On the editor's login page, type in your login (the email address that you signed up with) then enter ANY password (like 1234) and click "Login." A "Get New Password" button will appear. Enter your email address once again, and click "Get New Password" and a new password will be sent to the address you have entered. (This will only work if the email address you have entered is in our database already.)

If the password reminder button does not appear, check to make sure the address you entered is the same as the one that you signed up with. The button will not appear unless you enter the correct email address.

If you are sure you have the right login information, but are still having trouble logging in, try using copy and paste to input your login information.

If you still are having trouble try the hints below.
