IT and technical documents on a daily basis as well as the monthly newsletter
for all IBMJapan and Lotus Japan employees. Robert was also in charge
of organizing the course materials and the teachers for the IBM in-house language-training

Duties: Robert was the owner and the Executive Director for 99 Red Balloons
Japan Inc., an entertainment and event company that provided entertainers and
decorations for special events, promotions, advertising, and for English language
instruction at primary schools. Robert’s duties included all facets of
the business: preparation of English teaching materials, procurement, personnel
management, event organization, accounting, Web site development and promotion,
as well as advertising copy and design of company brochures.
NKK (now JFE Steel) Date: 1992–1997 Job Title: English Language Consultant Duties:
Robert was an English consultant for NKK R&D. His duties included rewriting
and editing manager’s speeches as well as proofreading and rewriting of
