of organizing the course materials and the teachers for the IBM in-house language-training
program.

Duties: Robert was the owner and the Executive Director for 99 Red Balloons
Japan Inc., an entertainment and event company that provided entertainers and
decorations for special events, promotions, advertising, and for English language
instruction at primary schools. Robert’s duties included all facets of
the business: preparation of English teaching materials, procurement, personnel
management, event organization, accounting, Web site development and promotion,
as well as advertising copy and design of company brochures.

Robert was an English consultant for NKK R&D. His duties included rewriting

Robert was a Shift Supervisor in charge of a wilderness camp for young offenders.

of new staff in canoeing, hiking, and cross-country skiing techniques.
