Marketing Copywriting

marketing copywriting is an art and science of creating advertisements, carrying out publicity with the aim of promoting either a product, a business, a persons idea and carrying out careful selection and construction of the adverts in a way that they will effectively and efficiently convince the reader, customer or client into taking a specific and measurable action towards a particular product or business. This is done with the aim of promoting sales of a particular product or business for profit making.

In order to come up with a valid and reliable marketing copywriting one should consider the following aspects because it is through this that the clients or customers will be able to be delivered to any essential and key information thus enabling them develop the urge of wanting to access the product or business. It will also enable the marketer to sustain his or her clients thus making him or her prospective in his or her enterprise.

As I had mentioned earlier marketing involves the process of identifying a societal problem or need then developing the right product at the right time with the right promotion, pricing and placing in order to facilitate the exchange process for profit and satisfy the customers or clients needs while marketing copywriting involves more of advertisement of products and businesses.

Marketing copywriting is the aspect of protecting ones original work from plagiarism, dubbing or copying. There is a law that governs the process of copywriting. It requires that all the original work or tasks in physical form should be registered and covered by the copyright act.

Marketing copywriting and marketing copywriting compliments each other in the sense that they both aim at satisfying a common interest rather the approach differs. This is because, in marketing copywriting there is a lot of advertisements which involves the process of aggressive marketing while in marketing copywriting, also involves the process of marketing, advertising but at the same time it protects ones original work from plagiarism or dubbing.

Copyrights can only be successful to materials that can be touched such as books, music CDs, poems, movies, novels, magazines and songs among others. They can also include items that are non artistic in nature. Marketing copywriting and marketing copywriting compliments each other. For instance, you can find that there are some copyrights that are at times used in advertising things like games, and programs among others.

A copyright law is a very crucial law because it states that a copyright must be renewed incase it expires. For example it requires that a copyright of any author who dies should be renewed incase he or she dies and his article is still in existence. The law also demands that any person found committing plagiarism or dubbing an already copyrighted work is guilty of an offence hence should be arrested and taken to court.
